1.Article 1;-States, Union Territories
Explanation;-
This is the first and most important article of our constitution. Which states,
To take all state and UT,a country will be formed.The divisional power of ruling will give to this state and UT.
Remains all power will be regulated by our country or central government.

2.Article 3;-New state formation,New U.T formation, States or U.T Border decides,  High court formation for the newly built state.

3.Article 13;-Fundamental Rights
Explanation;-According this article, Constitution gives us some important Fundamental rights that's are same and applicable at any part of India.

4.Article 14:- Equalities B4 Law
Explanation; Everyone is equal in the court of law.Anyone can't buy or sell law.
Law is same for every Indians.


5.Article 15;-RRSCP(Race,Religion,Sex,Cust and Place)

6.Article 16;-Equal Rights of all.
Explanation;-Every Indian has equal rights to all things.There is no any variationsuggestions of poor reach cust or religions.

7.Article 17;-Abolition of untouchabilities.
Explanation;-According this article, all cust all religion are same.There is no any untouchabilities to anyone.If found,it's a punishable offence according article 17.



8.Article 19;-Freedom to Speech
Explanation;-India is a democratic country.Here anyone can place their views about any case.Article 19 gives that's rights to our citizen.

9.Article 21:-Elementary Education
Explanation;-Education is must for every citizen of India.According this article Government must take it's a duty to provide education to all.

10.Article 21A:- Clean Environment
Explaination;-Any citizen of our country can demand clean environment from our government according this article.

   RRB JE CBT-1 RESULT MUST BE  REPUBLISHED:- DEMANDED BY CANDIDATES Indian Railway Lifeline of the Nation  As we all know RRB JE CBT-1 result published recently.But most of student are not happy with this result.They are demanding for republishing of RRB JE CBT-1 result. In the last month RRB JE CBT-1 exam was conducted by rail.Appromixly more than 2 lakhs candidates are appearing for this exam. Most of them are unhappy with the selection process of RRB Board. They protest against railway board for this selection process in Twitter and other social media platform. They are demanding that most of the questions of this exam are from non technical field when exam is all about engineering. Railway board decided a desired cut off of 70% for candidates.
